We start with a short call to align on the goal and context. Then I propose how to get involved — from a one-off audit to long-term design ownership. I aim to deliver the first value within the very first weeks.
Both. I'm happy to run a focused UX audit or a workshop over a few days, just as I'll jump onto a product for months. Tell me what you need and we'll find the right format.
Remote-first from Prague. For key workshops and kickoffs I'm glad to show up in person — outside Prague too, by arrangement.
Most of my experience is in tech and fintech products and SaaS, but as a generalist I get up to speed quickly elsewhere. What matters more than the industry is that it's a product meant to grow.
I treat UX and UI as one flow — from research and strategy through interactions and visuals to developer handoff and review. I don't throw work “over the wall.”
That's exactly the role I often slip into. Beyond design, I act as a product and business sparring partner for clients — helping clarify the direction, not just draw what's been spec'd.
